TextServ is a mobile marketing and consumer feedback company. Our software platform enables the conversion of advertisements into product fulfillment and point of sale opportunities and also enables consumer to provide service orientated feedback at the point of sale via text.

TextServ’s customers use our solution to deploy and conduct marketing and consumer feedback campaigns. For advertising campaigns consumers simply text an article code they see in an advert (TV,Magazine, Billboard etc) and their email address to the promoted short code (83333) to receive more information about the advertised product.

For Consumer Feedback campaigns consumers simply text the promoted article code, their email address, and their feedback to the promoted short code (83333).

On occasion users who have responded to these services (Opted – In) may receive SMS messages promoting the brands product and service offerings.

Available Carriers in the United States of America

The TextServ service is available on Alltel, AT&T, Dobson/Cellular One, Nextel, Sprint, T-Mobile®, US Cellular, Virgin Mobile, Verizon Wireless using short code 83333.

Available Carriers in the Republic of Ireland

The TextServ service is available on Vodafone, Orange and Meteor using short code 51800.

Coming to the United Kingdom and Sweden soon

The TextServ service will be expanding into the United Kingdom and Sweden soon, and the appropiate short codes will be listed as soon as possible.

How to Opt-in

The call to action in Advertising campaigns requests your participation (opt in) by asking you to text the advertisers code plus your email address to the short code, for example Text RS100B plus your email address to 83333 for our latest savings. In return, you will be sent a simple SMS message with relevant information such as an acknowledgement of receipt of your SMS, a link to the relevant Internet site, a request to complete a mobile or Internet survey and/or possible entry into a contest or sweepstakes. TextServ may solicit your e-mail address to facilitate us in sending you e-mail content that further describes the company’s products and services and/or survey fulfillment. Opting to participate in the campaign is 100% your choice. And as indicated above, once you opt in, you will only receive a message described above. You will not receive any messages from TextServ unless you have opted to participate in the campaign

The call to action in Consumer Feedback campaigns requests your participation (opt in) by asking you to text a Feedback location code and your Consumer Feedback to the short code. In return, you will be sent a simple SMS message acknowledging the receipt of your SMS feedback, a link to the relevant Internet site, a request to complete a mobile or Internet survey and/or possible entry into a contest or sweepstakes. TextServ may solicit your e-mail address to facilitate us in sending you e-mail content that further describes the company’s products and services and/or survey fulfillment. Opting to participate in the campaign is 100% your choice. And as indicated above, once you opt in, you will only receive a message described above. You will not receive any messages from TextServ unless you have opted to participate in the campaign

How to Opt-out

To opt-out of our SMS service, text STOP to the short code, for example Text STOP to 83333.

How to get help or support

To get help, email us at support@textserv.com , or call our toll free number at 1-(800)-806-4515.  From your mobile phone, you can request our contact information at any time by texting ‘HELP’ to the short code, for example 83333. 

Frequency of messaging

After your first message you will receive no more than one text message per week from each advertiser / company whose article code you have texted to TextServ.

Fees

Our service never charges consumers to send or receive text messages. However, other messaging and data rates billed by your carrier may apply, depending on the terms of your individual mobile service plan.
