WHEN YOU ENGAGE IN ADVERTISER / BRAND SPONSORED MOBILE MARKETING OR CONSUMER FEEDBACK CAMPAIGNS When you opt in to participate in a TextServ enabled mobile marketing or consumer feedback campaign conducted on behalf of Advertiser(s) and Brand(s), your personal information may be disclosed to such Advertiser(s) and Brand(s) all information you disclose will be subject to the privacy policy and practices of such Advertiser(s). We are not responsible for the privacy policies and practices of such Advertiser(s) and, therefore, you should review the privacy policies and practices of such Advertiser(s) prior to participating in the mobile marketing campaign.
When you agree to receive information from third parties
You may be presented with an opportunity to receive information and/or marketing offers from third party(s). If you do not agree to have your personal information shared, your personal information will not be shared with such third party(s) for direct marketing purposes. If you do agree to have your personal information shared, your personal information will be disclosed to such third party(s) and all information you disclose will be subject to the privacy policy and practices of such third party(s).
